car. You have to be really careful to avoid scratching the bodywork of the car.
The gearbox weighs only about 75-100 lbs. Also, note that the rear wing S4s hoop
is removed during this work to allow for more clearance. In cars with
wings attached to the hatch lid, this would not be necessary.
